Job summary

Shopee Singapore is seeking a Senior Affiliate Growth Lead to shape the growth strategy for its affiliate marketing business. You will drive traffic acquisition, partner growth, and conversion optimization to deliver measurable business outcomes, requiring a data-driven mindset and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; a Master’s degree would be advantageous but is not required.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience developing growth strategies, commercial initiatives, or partnership programmes that deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth strategy for Shopee Singapore’s affiliate marketing, focusing on traffic, partners, conversion, and outcomes.
• Grow high-quality traffic across affiliate channels: creators, KOLs, and network partners.
• Identify, acquire, and develop strategic affiliate partners to diversify traffic sources.
• Design programmes to increase affiliate activation, engagement, and publishing activity.
• Improve affiliate conversion and GMV via brand/SKU matching, promotions, and commissions.
• Monitor funnel performance from acquisition to conversion; translate insights into actions.
• Track metrics: traffic, daily orders, and affiliate GMV.
