Qualifications

• : Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s advantageous but not required.
• : Minimum 2 years of full-time strategy consulting experience.
• : Experience leading workstreams or projects.
• : Exposure to consumer, retail, or e-commerce is preferred.
• : Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

About The Team

The SG Business Development team is seeking an entrepreneurial and analytical professional to drive strategic growth initiatives for Shopee’s retail business in Singapore. This role will focus on identifying growth opportunities, developing strategies, and driving end-to-end initiatives to deliver revenue and profitability growth.

Job Description

• Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability across Shopee Singapore’s business, aligned with key business priorities
• Structure and solve ambiguous business problems through opportunity sizing, benchmarking, data analysis, and scalable strategy development
• Drive end-to-end strategic projects, from strategy development and implementation to business case realisation
• Develop clear and compelling materials for senior stakeholders to facilitate timely and effective decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field; a Master’s degree would be advantageous but is not required
• Minimum 2 years of full-time strategy consulting experience
• Experienced in leading workstreams or projects
• Exposure to consumer, retail, or e-commerce is preferred
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse quantitative and qualitative data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand buyer behaviour
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams, external partners, or suppliers in a dynamic and collaborative environment
