Trust Bank in Singapore seeks an experienced Bancassurance Sales Associate Lead to drive growth of life insurance sales via our Income Insurance partnership. You will lead a digitally-enabled sales team and shape a forward-looking bancassurance strategy.

The ideal candidate will oversee execution of innovative, digital-first sales programs, coach a high-performing team, and ensure compliant, customer-centric selling across digital channels.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in bancassurance or insurance sales management, including 3+ years in a team-lead role.
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in partnerships with financial institutions.
• Knowledge of digital banking and online insurance platforms; familiarity with CRM and mobile apps.

Mansioni

• Lead and grow the Bancassurance sales team to meet life and general insurance targets.
• Drive a digital-first approach using Trust Bank apps and online platforms to engage customers.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and operations to raise product awareness and uptake.
