Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience in management consulting, transformation leadership or strategy
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional transformation portfolios and deliver high-impact initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated bancassurance transformation roadmap aligned with priorities
• Lead portfolio governance, prioritisation and resource trade-offs
• Define initiative outcomes, milestones and delivery plans
• Mobilise cross-functional stakeholders across multiple functions and partner organisations
• Monitor adoption, benefits realisation and course-correct when needed
• Lead and develop the Business & Process Transformation team
• Partner with Digital Platforms and Strategy teams to connect strategy, investment and execution
