Job summary

DOCG PTE LTD is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to own the growth strategy across multiple outlets in Singapore. You’ll drive customer acquisition, optimize presence on IG, TikTok, Google and local Chinese platforms, and lead influencer campaigns.

With 4–8 years in digital marketing, you’ll build dashboards, CRM and loyalty programs, analyse campaign ROI, and mentor a small team in a fast-paced, multi-outlet setting.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in digital marketing, growth, or partnerships.
• Strong understanding of Singapore digital ecosystems (IG, TikTok, Google).
• Experience with Chinese platforms (XiaoHongShu, Dianping) preferred.
• Proven track record in driving traffic, revenue, and conversions.
• Strong influencer/partner network a plus.
• Analytical, strategic, and execution-focused.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the overall digital growth strategy across outlets.
• Drive customer acquisition via social, search, reviews, and third-party platforms.
• Identify revenue opportunities through digital channels and partnerships.
• Oversee presence across IG, TikTok, Google, XiaoHongShu, Dianping, and delivery platforms.
• Build and manage a network of influencers; lead campaigns and ROI-driven engagements.
• Conceptualise and execute campaigns to boost footfall, reservations, and spend.
• Track performance; build dashboards; optimise strategies with data insights.
• Define and refine brand positioning; ensure consistent messaging.
• Lead CRM, loyalty, and review management implementations with internal teams.
• Build a scalable digital marketing structure for the group.
