Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing/Business is required.
• 6 years of digital and social marketing experience including content writing and SEO/SEM.
• Knowledge of Wordpress or Wix for website management is preferred.
• Proficiency in data analytics for social media and websites is essential.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or Google Ads is a plus.
• Strong planning and project management skills.
• Retail/Beauty & Wellness industry experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation via social media.
• Design digital marketing collaterals, copywriting and content scheduling for websites and platforms.
• Manage organization’s website and ecommerce platforms.
• Ensure graphics are visually appealing and source suitable images.
• Develop, edit and post content and video clips across platforms.
• Monitor competitors and identify trends to improve campaigns.
• Optimize SEM/SEO for paid campaigns and websites.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and regional offices to extend outreach.
• Track KPI performance and adjust campaigns accordingly.
• Coordinate with agencies/vendors for events and campaigns.
• Grow email databases and CRM/EDM performance.
• Manage loyalty/CRM programs and influencer collaborations.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as needed.
