is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute digital marketing strategies that strengthen online presence, engage customers, and drive sales growth across retail and e‑commerce channels. You will manage social media, online campaigns, branding, and content creation, monitor engagement and analytics, and collaborate with operations and sales to align marketing activities with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree is preferred for advanced roles.
• 3–5+ years of digital marketing, social media management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media and online platforms
• Manage online branding, digital presence, and promotional activities
• Create, coordinate, and schedule digital content including photos, videos, and materials
• Monitor social media engagement, customer enquiries, reviews, and feedback
• Develop customer engagement strategies to improve retention and brand awareness
• Coordinate online advertising campaigns and monitor performance
• Manage online sales and promotions across delivery and e‑commerce platforms
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities and industry trends
• Monitor website traffic, engagement data, and campaign analytics
• Prepare marketing performance reports and recommend improvements
• Coordinate festive campaigns, product launches, and events
• Collaborate with operations and sales to align marketing with business goals
• Support customer outreach and partnership collaborations
• Improve online visibility and customer acquisition through digital strategies
• Suggest new marketing ideas and business development opportunities
