Qualifications

• Experience in planning and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns across social media, EDM, SEO/SEM.
• Proven ability to manage corporate events, product launches and pop-ups.
• Ability to identify and secure B2B opportunities and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across social media, EDM, SEO/SEM, and influencer partnerships.
• Manage content calendars, campaigns, and paid ad performance (Meta, Google, TikTok, Xiaohongshu).
• Track KPIs, analyse ROI, and continuously optimise for engagement, footfall, and online sales.
• Oversee the café's website, e-commerce, and CRM/loyalty programme.
