Job summary

Trust Recruit Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Marketing Leader to drive strategy and brand management across three brands in Singapore, delivering integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels to strengthen market position.

You will lead a marketing team, manage budgets, KPI tracking, and performance reporting, collaborating with Sales, Operations and Finance to grow leads, conversions and revenue. The role requires a degree in marketing or related field, 5+ years of managerial experience, and

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years marketing experience with managerial or leadership role.
• Experience managing marketing strategies across multiple brands, outlets or business units.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing including SEM, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and lead generation.
• Proven track record in driving customer acquisition, conversion, ROI and growth.
• Experience in branding, integrated campaigns, offline marketing, events and media management.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI tracking and budget management.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a marketing team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Commercially minded, proactive and results-oriented; able to work with Sales, Operations and Management.
• Experience in beauty, aesthetics, wellness or consumer services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Marketing strategy & brand management for three brands with KPI-driven plans.
• Oversee digital marketing channels and lead generation activities.
• Branding, offline campaigns, events and media management.
• Monitor marketing KPIs, prepare reports and dashboards.
• Lead, coach and develop the marketing team; align with other departments.
• Manage budgets, timelines, materials and vendor coordination.
• Drive growth initiatives and strategic projects across brands.
