Seoulstart is seeking a dynamic sales/Revenue Operations professional in Singapore to drive territory planning, optimize KPIs, and partner with marketing and ops. You will manage Salesforce-driven operations, analyze performance metrics, and nurture relationships with prospects and customers to generate qualified meetings.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in related roles, strong English communication, and a track record of process improvements in fast-paced startups or scale-ups.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and manage projects optimizing commercial KPIs and growth across priority verticals.
• Partner with Outbound, Marketing, and Revenue Ops to execute territory planning projects.
• Manage day-to-day operations using Salesforce and data platforms to support team objectives.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and actionable strategies for improvement.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects and customers alongside SDRs and AEs.
• Design and execute outbound campaigns to boost engagement and generate qualified meetings.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Product to deliver seamless experiences for prospects in sales journey.
