Job summary

Talent Trader Group is seeking a driven digital marketing professional to plan, execute and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google and other platforms. You will develop conversion funnels, write direct-response copy, and collaborate with content teams to create lead-gen materials while leveraging AI tools to boost efficiency.

The role requires 1–2 years in digital marketing or related fields, with strong copywriting and a creative mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of digital marketing, performance marketing or related experience.
• Strong copywriting skills for direct-response or conversion-focused marketing.
• Creative mindset with solid understanding of digital advertising and visuals.
• Comfortable with marketing metrics, campaign data and performance analysis.
• Experience with generative AI tools is an advantage.
• Experience with ClickFunnels, HubSpot, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google.
• Develop and optimise conversion funnels, landing pages and sales pages.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, messaging, landing pages and other campaign elements.
• Develop compelling hooks, messaging and direct-response copy for digital campaigns.
• Write copy for advertisements, video scripts, landing pages, sales pages, emails and other marketing materials.
• Conceptualise video advertising campaigns and work with video editors to develop engaging video content.
• Prepare creative briefs for designers and other content specialists.
• Collaborate with content teams to develop lead-generation materials such as e-books, reports and online courses.
• Analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour and marketing metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Leverage generative AI tools to improve the efficiency of marketing content and creative production.
• Keep up to date with emerging digital marketing platforms, advertising formats, tools and creative trends.
• Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned.
