Job summary

Oneness M&C Pte Ltd is seeking a Growth Marketing Executive to blend paid acquisition with customer insight-driven strategy. You will partner with clients to translate objectives into scalable campaigns across search and digital channels, with a focus on Google Ads and performance-driven optimization.

You will analyze data, refine campaigns, and work with internal teams on content, creatives, and landing pages, while supporting SEO efforts to boost visibility and growth for client brands.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SEM campaign experience, especially Google Ads.
• Comfortable analysing campaign data and making optimisations based on performance.
• Able to communicate confidently with clients and understand their business requirements.
• Strong understanding of digital customer acquisition and conversion funnels.
• SEO knowledge or experience is preferred.
• Agency experience is a plus but not required.
• Organised, analytical, and able to manage multiple campaigns or client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer acquisition initiatives across search and other digital channels.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns and improve traffic quality, leads and conversions.
• Review customer journeys and campaign results to identify gaps and opportunities for growth.
• Meet with clients to understand their business, audience, priorities and concerns.
• Turn client objectives into actionable campaign plans and recommendations.
• Experiment with keywords, messaging, audiences and landing page approaches to improve results.
• Analyse campaign and conversion data to determine what is working and where to improve.
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaign execution, content, creatives and landing pages.
• Support SEO initiatives to strengthen overall search visibility.
