Job summary

Oneness M&C Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on SEM Campaign Specialist to build, maintain and optimise paid search campaigns for diverse client objectives. You will work closely with clients to tailor strategies that reflect real needs and drive measurable results.

The role requires strong Google Ads experience, ability to interpret performance data and communicate findings to clients, with a focus on improving conversion efficiency across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SEM/Google Ads experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of paid search fundamentals, including keyword strategy, bidding, campaign structure and optimisation.
• Comfortable working with campaign reports and performance data.
• Able to troubleshoot campaign performance and recommend appropriate improvements.
• Good communication skills and confidence dealing directly with clients.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage campaign changes accurately.
• Understanding of SEO and organic search principles is preferred.
• Experience handling multiple client accounts in a digital marketing agency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads
• Carry out keyword research and develop keyword structures based on search intent, relevance and client objectives
• Review search terms regularly and refine keyword targeting and negative keyword lists
• Manage campaign budgets, bids, match types, ad groups and other account settings
• Write and test search ad copy to improve relevance and campaign response
• Monitor key account indicators including impressions, clicks, conversions, CPC, CTR and conversion costs
• Identify underperforming areas and make ongoing changes to improve campaign efficiency
• Review landing page relevance and highlight opportunities that may improve conversion performance
• Produce campaign reports and explain important findings and recommendations to clients
• Join client discussions to understand campaign goals, changing priorities and performance concerns
