UNICRAFT ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on SEM specialist to plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Performance Max. You will conduct keyword research, craft compelling ad copy, and structure accounts to maximize leads and conversions.

You will monitor performance daily, manage budgets, and provide actionable recommendations to clients and internal teams, while ensuring accurate conversion tracking and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Minimum 2 year(s) of hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts.
• Able to set up, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns end to end without supervision.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
• Able to interpret campaign data and give practical, actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up and manage SEM campaigns, primarily Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, and others as needed), based on client objectives and performance targets.
• Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, build audiences and structure accounts independently.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and weekly, manage client budgets and make ongoing adjustments to improve leads, conversions.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager) and ensure data accuracy.
• Meet and communicate with clients (in person, video call, email and phone) to understand their business goals, marketing needs and concerns.
• Translate client requirements into practical digital marketing campaigns and recommendations.
• Prepare regular campaign reports and explain performance, insights and next steps clearly to non-technical clients.
• Handle client questions and concerns professionally, including when results fall short of expectations.
• Work closely with internal teams (design, web, content, account management) to coordinate execution and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate on SEO activities such as keyword research, on-page optimisation, content recommendations and performance tracking where required.
• Keep up to date with digital advertising trends, Google Ads platform changes and industry developments, and apply them to live campaigns.
