ESC is seeking a hands-on growth marketer to own how we find, engage and convert riders, from strategy to execution. You will shape product-market fit, plan full-funnel campaigns and build landing pages.
You'll collaborate with creators, run paid acquisition, optimize content, and measure impact across English and Chinese contexts. You will own launches and adaptation as the company grows, coordinating across a small team and external partners to ship high-quality work with speed and rider-first
Own how ESC finds, engages and converts the right riders - from product positioning to repeat bookings.
Full-time · 3-5 years' experience · Open to mid-career switchers
ESC (Every Season Counts) is a snowboard community and progression camp company based in Singapore. We run level-based camps at Bonski Guangzhou, in Japan (Hakuba, Niseko) and in Switzerland (LAAX), plus Steezy Open, our competition-festival brand.
We're a small, early team. You'll own real work from week one, and you'll see what it does.
You own how ESC finds, engages and converts the right riders. You will use a strong understanding of product-market fit to identify where our audiences are, sharpen how we position each product, and turn insight into campaigns that move people from first discovery to booking and advocacy.
This is a hands-on growth role across strategy and execution. You will build full-funnel, omnichannel campaigns; create offers and campaign landing pages; develop creator partnerships; and measure what changes customer behaviour and commercial results.
Shape audience and product positioning: understand customer needs, market signals and product-market fit; identify the most promising audiences, markets and channels; and turn those insights into clear positioning and campaign briefs
Build full-funnel campaigns: plan joined-up campaigns across paid, owned, earned, social, email, partnerships and on-site experiences, from awareness and consideration through conversion, retention and advocacy
Lead creator partnerships: source and assess creators, athletes and brand partners; shape the partnership idea; agree briefs and deliverables; manage execution; and measure reach, engagement, leads and bookings
Create campaigns people want to join: develop innovative customer-engagement ideas that deepen participation, spark conversation and turn riders into repeat guests and advocates
Design campaign journeys: define the campaign strategy, audience, message, offer and conversion path; brief and shape landing pages; and improve them through testing and customer feedback
Run paid acquisition: manage Meta campaigns, test audiences, hooks, offers and creative, and move budget toward what delivers qualified demand and bookings
Use SEO to capture intent: apply practical SEO knowledge to campaign and evergreen landing pages, content briefs, on-page structure and search-led opportunities
Manage social and owned channels: plan the content calendar, write or edit copy, publish with the community team, and connect daily content to wider campaign goals
Measure impact: set clear objectives and funnel metrics, establish useful baselines, report performance, and explain what each initiative changed — not just what activity was delivered
Work with our freelance media buyer, designer and internal team to ship high-quality work on time
Keep every touchpoint in ESC's voice - plain, warm and rider-first
Run campaigns in English and Traditional Chinese
3-5 years of hands-on growth, integrated marketing, brand marketing or campaign experience, with clear examples of work you helped take from strategy to execution and measurement
Strong product-market fit instincts: you can connect customer insight, audience selection, product positioning, channel choice and commercial goals
Experience planning and delivering full-funnel, omnichannel campaigns, rather than working in only one channel or one stage of the customer journey
Demonstrable experience in creator or influencer partnerships, including selection, briefing, activation and performance review
Experience shaping campaign landing pages, offers and conversion journeys with designers, writers or developers
Confidence using campaign and funnel data to evaluate impact, explain trade-offs and decide what to improve next
Working knowledge of SEO, including search intent, keyword-informed content, on-page fundamentals and landing-page optimisation
Hands-on familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and core measures such as CPA, CTR, conversion rate, cost per booking and return on spend
Clear, persuasive writing and strong campaign judgement
The organization to manage launches, creators, agencies and a content calendar at the same time
Cantonese or Mandarin, and knowledge of Hong Kong, Taiwan or Malaysia audiences
Experience in travel, sport, outdoor, community or experience-led brands
Canva or basic video editing skills (CapCut or Premiere)
You ride, or you want to
You’ll own the whole funnel, not one slice of it
Your work will shape the product story as well as the campaign
Your impact shows up in engagement, qualified demand, bookings and repeat participation
Fast feedback, a small team and real responsibility
