ESC (Every Season Counts) is a snowboard community and progression camp brand based in Singapore. We are seeking a senior creator/influencer marketing lead to own the creator channel end to end, from sourcing and pitching talents to negotiating rights and managing campaigns across APAC.

You will build a live roster, manage budgets and deliverables, and run campaigns with a focus on results. Expect on-brand collaborations, multi-currency payments, and long-term creator relationships that fuel

Responsibilities

• Build the roster: source and score creators across APAC — snowboard, travel, lifestyle, fitness
• Negotiate: rates, gifted vs paid, deliverables, posting windows, usage rights, whitelisting, exclusivity
• Own the creator budget and the cost per booking
• Run campaigns end to end: brief, timeline, approvals, go-live, follow-up
• Hold people to deliverables — track what's owed and chase it
• Keep relationships warm between campaigns, so top creators stay
• Manage athletes and ambassadors alongside paid creators
• Report on reach, engagement, clicks and sign-ups per creator, and cut what doesn’t work
• Hand finished creator assets to Growth Marketing with rights cleared for paid use
• Brief and manage freelancers or an intern as the function grows
