  • Represent ESC at festivals and partner events, and run our booth
  • Keep departure groups active before each trip so riders arrive already knowing someone
  • Collect stories, photos and feedback after every event and camp
  • Track attendance, repeat attendance, and how many attendees go on to book a trip

Community & Events Executive (Part-time)

You get riders off their phones and into the same room.

Part-time, including evenings and weekends

ESC (Every Season Counts) is a snowboard community and progression campcompany based in Singapore. We run level-based camps at BonskiGuangzhou, in Japan (Hakuba, Niseko) and in Switzerland (LAAX), plusSteezy Open, our competition-festival brand.

We're a small, early team. You'll own real work from week one, andyou'll see what it does.

You get riders off their phones and into the same room. Meetups,dry-slope sessions, pre-trip hangouts, reunions after a camp — youplan them, fill them, and host them. When a rider books a second tripbecause they liked the people, that's your work.

What you'll do

What you need

1–2 years running events, community, hospitality or activations

You like hosting. You can walk into a room of strangers and make itfeel easy

Organised on logistics: venue, headcount, run sheet, budget

Free on evenings and weekends most weeks

Fluent English, plus Cantonese or Mandarin

Nice to have

A venue and vendor network in Singapore

You snowboard, or you're part of an active-sport community

You've grown a club, society or group from nothing
