cat.treks in Singapore is seeking a travel operations designer to build and run women-focused trips. You will design itineraries, source partners, and price each trip to ensure on-time, on-budget departures.
This full-time, hybrid role involves negotiating rates, managing end-to-end operations, and travelling to trips when needed. You’ll work with a small team to shape the product and destinations open next, while ensuring strong vendor relationships and cost control.

You build the trips and make sure they run. You design itineraries womenactually want, find the right partners, get us good rates, and make sureevery departure happens on time and on budget.
Design itineraries — the flow of each day, the activities, therest, and the moments where the group becomes a crew
Research and source vendors: accommodation, transport, guides,activity operators, restaurants. Vet every one for how they treat agroup of women travelling without men
Negotiate preferential partner rates, allotments, and faircancellation terms
Build and price each trip: cost sheet, margin, minimum travellers torun
Run operations end to end: rooming lists, transfers, guideschedules, vendor confirmations, on-trip issues, handover after eachdeparture
Manage vendor contracts, invoices and payments with finance
Write the trip details travellers see — what's included, what topack, how a day runs
Track what goes wrong on each trip and fix it in the next one
Travel to trips when needed to set up or host them
3+ years in travel, tour operations, events or hospitality
A track record of negotiating with suppliers and saving real money
Strong with spreadsheets: costing, margins, forecasts
Calm and practical when a transfer is late or a room falls through
Fluent English; a second language useful for our destinations is aplus
Ground operations experience in the regions we run
You've travelled solo, or led a group trip
Familiar with booking systems, Xero or Supabase-style tools
You'll shape the product, not just run someone else's
