ESC (Every Season Counts) is a snowboard community and progression camp brand based in Singapore. We are seeking a senior creator/influencer marketing lead to own the creator channel end to end, from sourcing and pitching talents to negotiating rights and managing campaigns across APAC.
You will build a live roster, manage budgets and deliverables, and run campaigns with a focus on results. Expect on-brand collaborations, multi-currency payments, and long-term creator relationships that fuel

We're a small, early team. You'll own real work from week one, andyou'll see what it does.
Most people who book with ESC first saw someone they follow riding withus. You own that channel end to end: who we work with, what we pay, whatthey deliver, and whether they come back next season.
This is a senior role. You'll be negotiating rates and usage rightswith creators and their managers, and holding people to deals withoutburning the relationship.
Recruit 10 creators across APAC for our creator trip to Hakuba,Japan. Build the target list, pitch them,agree what each one delivers, run the trip alongside our ops team, andland the content after it. This is the benchmark the role is judged on.
Build the roster: source and score creators across Hong Kong,Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand — snowboard, travel,lifestyle, fitness — and keep a live pipeline, not a one-off list
Negotiate: rates, gifted vs paid, deliverables, posting windows,usage rights, whitelisting, exclusivity. Know when to walk away
Own the creator budget and the cost per booking it produces
Run campaigns end to end: brief, timeline, approvals, go-live,follow-up
Hold people to deliverables — track what's owed, chase it, anddecide what happens when a creator doesn't deliver
Keep relationships warm between campaigns, so our best creatorsstay ours
Manage our athletes and ambassadors alongside paid creators
Report on reach, engagement, clicks and sign-ups per creator, and cutwhat doesn't work
Hand finished creator assets to Growth Marketing with rights clearedfor paid use
Brief and manage freelancers or an intern once the function grows
3–5 years in creator or influencer marketing — agency, talentmanagement or a creator-led brand preferred
A track record of campaigns you ran end to end, with results you canname
Real negotiation experience. You've said no to a rate and kept therelationship
Comfortable with contracts, usage rights and paying creators acrossseveral currencies
Fluent English, plus Cantonese or Mandarin
Existing creator relationships in APAC
Travel, sport, outdoor or adventure category experience
You've run a creator trip or press trip before
Familiar with creator discovery, tracking and whitelisting tools
You snowboard, or you're ready to learn on the job
You own a channel, a budget and a number — not a slice of someoneelse's plan
