Qualifications

Strong English communication for prospecting, discovery, and first-meeting conversations.
Able to own a personal pipeline and revenue number.
Familiarity with CRM, outreach sequencing tooling, and prospecting surfaces.

Responsibilities

Own a personal pipeline and revenue number; prospect daily and book qualified meetings.
Maintain CRM hygiene with accurate stages, close dates, and next steps; forecast weekly.
Use the agent fleet to research target accounts and draft first-pass proposals, then refine before client delivery.
Flag deals at risk early and escalate to prevent staleness.
Collaborate with Customer Success on handover context and with Partnerships on spend and pricing inputs.
Ensure responsible selling; verify agent-drafted content for factual accuracy before sending to clients.
