Job summary

Tall Ship Adventures Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Technical Marketer to build and maintain our websites, optimize paid advertising, and own analytics & automation. You will work across HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and WordPress, ensuring fast, mobile-friendly pages and strong conversion paths.

You will also run Google and Meta ads, implement GA4/GTM, and design AI-powered workflows to speed up operations and nurture leads. A practical coder mindset is key.

Qualifications

Proficient in HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript with CMS experience.
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM and conversion tracking.
Practical experience with AI tools and workflow automation.
Strong problem-solving and ability to translate technical concepts.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain websites and landing pages with speed and conversion in mind.
Manage paid media campaigns end-to-end and analyze ROAS, CPA, CPL.
Own analytics stack and ensure accurate GA4/GTM tracking.
Develop AI-driven automation to streamline lead nurturing and admin.
