Job summary

A65 is seeking an Growth Manager to own a personal pipeline and revenue, prospect daily, and convert initial conversations into opportunities. You will guide a fleet of AI agents for account research and first-draft proposals, refining content before client delivery.

You will maintain CRM hygiene, forecast pipelines, and collaborate with Customer Success and Partnerships to ensure realistic terms and value delivery. English communication is essential for the role.

Qualifications

• Experience with digital media landscape and ability to hold a credible first conversation.
• Knowledge of agency commercial models: retainer, fee-on-spend, performance, licence.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and outreach sequencing; LinkedIn as a prospecting surface.
• Understands Account-Based Marketing and can execute a defined play.
• Familiar with using the agent fleet for account research and content drafting.
• Avoids unilateral decisions on ambiguous commercial talks; seeks guidance on discounts, scope, and terms.
• Comfortable working under a revenue quota in a base-plus-commission structure.
• Strong English communication for prospecting, discovery, and first meetings.

Responsibilities

• Own a personal pipeline and a personal revenue number. Prospect daily — build target account lists and book meetings.
• Keep CRM hygiene current with accurate stages, close dates, and next steps; maintain weekly forecast.
• Use the agent fleet to research target accounts and draft first-pass proposals; refine before client reach.
• Do not let opportunities go stale — flag deals at risk and escalate early.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Partnerships on handover context and pricing inputs.
• Sell what A65 can actually deliver—check agent-drafted content for factual accuracy before sending to clients.
