Job summary

Prudential plc is seeking a results-driven professional to lead lead generation and conversion initiatives across multiple channels. The role involves managing budgets, collaborating with Marketing, Distribution, Tech, and Legal teams, and developing data-driven insights to optimize performance.

You will drive customer acquisition and engagement, ensure regulatory compliance, and work within a fast-paced insurance environment.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years work experience with at least 2 years in financial services.
• Experience in digital and/or project management is preferred.
• Bachelor degree in finance, accountancy, economics, business or marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop lead generation and conversion initiatives across touchpoints using digital marketing and technology.
• Support development of strategic plans for new customer acquisition and existing engagement.
• Design and implement communication plans to activate Business Generation activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Distribution and Tech on planning and execution, manage project delivery.
• Manage quarterly and annual lead management budgets to maximise ROI.
• Monitor KPIs and build data insights to optimize lead performance.
• Ensure compliance across lead activation programs with Legal and Risk teams.
