Job summary

Prudential Assurance Company Singapore is seeking a results-driven Lead Generation professional to shape and scale our growth initiatives across digital and offline channels. You will collaborate with Marketing, Distribution and Tech to deliver timely campaigns and optimize lead quality, engagement, and conversions.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, budget oversight, and regulatory compliance to ensure sustainable performance across the business generation programme.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years work experience with at least 2 years in financial services.
• Experience in digital and/or project management is preferred.
• Experience in insurance industry with sales and distribution is advantageous.
• Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop lead generation and conversion initiatives across touchpoints, leveraging digital marketing and technology to scale quality lead volume.
• Support development of strategic plans for new customer acquisition and existing customer engagement programs.
• Design and implement communication plans and collaterals to activate One Agency’s understanding and participation in business generation activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Distribution, Tech on initiatives planning & execution, and manage project delivery within schedule and scope.
• Manage the quarterly and annual NBP budget for lead management schemes to maximise ROI across online and offline channels.
• Monitor and analyse initiatives KPI; build data insights capabilities to uncover deeper insights into lead behavior and performance.
• Oversee compliance measures across lead generation activities, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and mitigating risk.
