• Minimum 10 years of sales and staff management experience within the Financial Advisors sector.

• Plans and executes recruitment, activation, and productivity growth strategies to achieve sales, manpower, and business objectives.
• Drives revenue growth across all business lines and supports overall profitability.
• Develops and strengthens the firm’s value proposition through strategic third-party partnerships and product onboarding across Life, Wealth, and General Insurance.
• Identifies and evaluates new business opportunities, distribution partnerships, and product propositions that enhance competitiveness.
