Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential leads through outreach, referrals, events, social media and other channels
• Reach out to prospective clients via calls, WhatsApp or other communication platforms
• Introduce the firm’s services and identify potential interest
• Qualify leads based on basic needs and suitability
• Follow up with prospects and nurture interested leads
• Arrange appointments between qualified prospects and licensed financial consultants
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and appointment outcomes
• Support lead-generation campaigns and other client acquisition activities
• Work towards lead-generation and appointment-setting targets
