Job summary

Lendingpot is seeking a commercially driven Business Growth Manager to grow our SME financing segment. You will manage our broker network and lender partnerships, oversee a small direct sales function, and support the digital platform underpinning the business.

You will work closely with Marketing and Technology to improve lead generation, deal conversion, operational efficiency and the SME financing journey, ensuring strong revenue performance and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• SME lending or financial services experience.
• Experience managing brokers or referral partners.
• Understanding of business financing products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, develop and manage business loan brokers, driving performance.
• Build and manage relationships with banks and private lenders.
• Oversee lead generation, lead quality, and campaign performance with Marketing.
• Manage sales pipeline, revenue targets and reporting.
• Work with Technology to translate business needs into system requirements.
