Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a dynamic SME financing sales professional to drive acquisition of SME clients and tailor short-term working capital solutions.

You will engage business owners, assess their needs, and structure loans based on cash flow and repayment ability. Responsibilities include conducting initial financial reviews, managing the full deal cycle from prospecting to closing, and nurturing relationships for repeat financing and referrals.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in SME financing, business lending, or unsecured loan sales.
• Proven ability to originate and close deals independently in a target-driven environment.
• Good understanding of SME financials, cash flow assessment, and basic credit evaluation.
• Strong sales mindset with resilience and confidence in client acquisition.
