Job summary

Lendingpot in Singapore is seeking a commercially driven Business Growth Manager to grow our SME financing platform. You will manage broker networks, lender partnerships, and oversee a small direct sales function while supporting the digital platform.

You will collaborate with Marketing and Technology to improve lead generation, deal conversion, and the SME financing journey, ensuring smooth processes and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in SME lending, business banking, loan brokerage or financial services relationship management.
• Experience managing brokers, referral partners or a sales team.
• Commercially minded, with strong relationship management, communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, develop and manage business loan brokers, driving performance and service standards.
• Build and manage relationships with banks and private lenders, expanding the lender network and negotiating commercial arrangements.
• Keep brokers informed of lenders’ financing products, credit appetite and submission requirements.
• Work closely with Marketing on lead generation, lead quality, customer acquisition and campaign performance.
• Manage lead allocation, broker follow-up, sales pipeline, revenue targets and business performance.
• Oversee platform processes for lead allocation, application submissions, deal tracking and reporting.
• Gather feedback from brokers, lenders and internal users, and translate business needs into system and process improvements.
• Work with Technology team on system enhancements, user testing, resolve system issues and adoption of new features.
