Inland Capital Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Consultant (Business Financing) to drive growth by securing SME clients and offering tailored funding options. You will engage prospects through various channels and build lasting relationships with business owners and directors.

The role emphasizes understanding diverse financing needs, delivering compliant advisory services, and collaborating with the team to achieve performance targets. Training and mentorship are provided to ramp up quickly.

Qualifications

• With or without prior experience (comprehensive training will be provided).
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
• Prior sales experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Actively develop new client relationships within the SME market.
• Acquire prospective clients through cold-calling, referrals, and networking.
• Provide sound and customized financial solutions that align with clients’ needs.
• Cultivate and maintain long‑term client and partner relationships throughout the funding process.
• Ensure all advisory procedures and documentation comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Participate in training sessions and receive ongoing on‑the‑job support to achieve excellence.
