Job summary

Lendingpot, a fast-growing FinTech start-up, seeks a Lead for Personal Loans in Singapore. You will drive loan applications, approvals and disbursements while partnering with Marketing, Operations and Technology to optimize performance and customer experience.

You will build lender relationships and coach the sales and operations team to meet targets. Role requires a Diploma or Degree in Business/Finance/Marketing and 4–6 years in personal loans or related fields, with strong sales, negotiation

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business/Finance/Marketing or a related field
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in personal loans, consumer finance, banking, fintech, licensed moneylending or loan brokerage
• Experience managing a sales or operations team is preferred
• Good understanding of personal loan products, lender requirements and responsible lending practices
• Commercially minded with strong sales, negotiation, relationship management and communication skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems, dashboards and performance data to drive improvements
• Hands-on, proactive and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Drive personal loan applications, approvals, disbursements, revenue and conversion performance
• Work with Marketing to improve lead quality, customer acquisition, campaign effectiveness, referrals and retention
• Build and manage relationships with banks, licensed moneylenders and financing partners, including onboarding new lenders and improving commercial arrangements
• Maintain a good understanding of lenders' products, approval criteria, pricing and operational requirements
• Oversee the customer journey from enquiry to disbursement and improve workflows, automation and reporting
• Manage and coach the personal loans sales and operations team, setting clear targets and service standards
• Ensure customer-facing activities, documentation and disclosures comply with internal and regulatory requirements
• Handle customer escalations and complaints where required
• Monitor business performance and provide management with regular updates and recommendations for improvement
