Key responsibilities include sourcing institutional users, executing partnerships, and reporting on growth targets. The ideal candidate should possess a strong network, proven business development experience within DeFi or prime brokerage, and a deep understanding of on-chain trading infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development or growth roles within a crypto protocol.
• Robust existing network of contacts across the institutional trading and DeFi sectors.
• Deep understanding of on-chain infrastructure and institutional trading workflows.

Responsabilités

• Source, vet, and onboard institutional users to the platform.
• Identify and execute high-impact partnerships across the DeFi and trading landscape.
• Take ownership of TVL growth targets and platform adoption metrics.
