Job summary

HyperLink is seeking a Growth Lead to scale adoption, TVL, and partner ecosystem. You’ll own business development end-to-end—from sourcing trading firms to building strategic partnerships that expand the platform.

You’ll collaborate with engineering and product to align growth initiatives with the roadmap, and represent HyperLink externally at events and in key channels to drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• Experience in BD or growth at a crypto protocol, exchange, or prime broker.
• Strong network across trading and DeFi.
• Understanding of institutional trading and on-chain infrastructure.
• Comfortable engaging highly technical counterparts.
• Bias toward action and measurable results.
