TDCX, Inc. is seeking a Growth Lead to own demand generation, build outbound programs, and manage agency partnerships for a new AI-powered B2B SaaS venture in Singapore.

You will shape growth strategy, run digital campaigns, and oversee the CRM ecosystem to drive early traction and a 100+ customer base. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, measure CAC/ROI, and iterate campaigns while maintaining flexibility in a fast-paced startup-like environment with established

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, or growth marketing.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and digital acquisition campaigns.
• Strong outbound prospecting and multi-touch sequences.
• CRM expertise (HubSpot preferred) incl. automation and dashboards.
• Experience managing agencies or channel partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across digital channels.
• Build scalable outbound programs and nurture workflows.
• Lead agency partnerships and partner ecosystem growth.
• Own CRM journeys, data dashboards, and reporting.
• Collaborate with design and agency partners to craft high-performing creatives.
