Job summary

RS RECRUITMENT AGENCY LLP is seeking a data-driven marketer to lead lead generation and marketing initiatives in a fast-growing environment. You will build reports and data foundations used by the sales team, empowering data-backed decisions across B2B marketing.

You will develop and maintain dashboards in Excel/Power BI, identify market opportunities, and ensure CRM data integrity while supporting sales enablement and growth. 5-day work week in Singapore."

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with internal teams and customers.
• Strong data-driven problem solving and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute lead generation and marketing initiatives.
• Build reports and data foundations for the sales team (Excel/Power BI).
• Organize sales and customer data, create/update dashboards used for sales decisions.
• Identify market potential in new and existing sectors (Semiconductor, Research Institutions, Robotics, Biomedical, EV).
• Maintain CRM data integrity and explore growth methods for the customer base.
• Provide customer support by routing issues to Sales Engineers and enabling sales.
• Assist sales team with reports to reveal untapped sales potential and ensure smooth operations.
