Qualifications

• 3–6 years of B2B marketing experience.
• Proven lead generation and campaign execution experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to guide sales priorities.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency in Excel; Power BI/Tableau/Power Automate a plus.
• Strong English communication and direct prospect engagement.
• Proactive mindset for sales performance improvements.
• Curious, purpose-driven, and detail-oriented.
• Results-driven and well-organized.

Responsibilities

• Plan marketing activities based on leveraged result generation, efficiency and impact.
• Ensure accurate and smooth implementation and information arrangement.
• Focus on the eventual numeric result and judge objectively.
• Extract the improvement core from mixed factors, and shape up for the next.
• Selectively investigate industries that align with future sales share (e.g. Research Institutions, Robotics, Biomedical, Electric Vehicle).
• Maintain integrity of the database and explore methods to grow the customer base in the system.
• Extract customer needs through direct communication (phone, email, visits).
• Generate reports and conduct analysis to reveal unseen sales potential.
• Assist sales administrative work.
