Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to advertisers via phone and email to ensure satisfaction.
• Offer solutions to advertiser inquiries to meet customer wait times.
• Develop and analyze keywords, titles, descriptions, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and grow advertiser accounts.
• Suggest process improvements to increase portfolio revenue and efficiency.
• Build professional online advertising campaigns for customers.
• Perform other duties assigned to support Quality Management System at TDCX.
