Job summary

ADA is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive revenue growth in Singapore, expanding into BFSI, Retail and Telco. You will own the sales strategy, coach a team of BDMs/associates, and engage senior stakeholders with outcome-driven narratives.

Position requires proven SaaS/MarTech experience, strong stakeholder management, and collaboration with Solutions and Operations to deliver impactful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in enterprise B2B sales, SaaS, MarTech, CRM or digital transformation.
• Proven success in leading a sales team and achieving revenue growth in Singapore.
• Strong track record in solution selling, stakeholder engagement and managing complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead Revenue & Market Growth and drive targets through strategic prospecting, solution selling and deal closure.
• Expand ADA’s footprint in Singapore across BFSI, Retail and Telco.
• Maintain strong sales pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting.
• Lead, coach, and support a team of Business Development Managers and Associates.
• Collaborate with Solutions and Operations to ensure feasible implementations and client satisfaction.
