Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 2 years of working experience in related field preferred, fresh graduates welcome.
• Successful track record in directly driving business and highly motivated.
• Passionate about sales and online marketing.
• Creative mindset and strong understanding of client needs.
• Analytical skills and logical mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and supporting market language.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to a portfolio of advertisers via phone and email to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Offer solutions to advertiser inquiries to meet customer wait times.
• Develop and analyze keywords, titles, descriptions, bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and grow advertiser accounts, including cross selling.
• Proactively suggest process improvements to grow portfolio revenue.
• Build professional online advertising campaigns for customers.
• Undertake other duties assigned by management to support the Quality Management System.
