DONA MANIS CAKE SHOP in Singapore seeks a hands-on Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue across retail, online, corporate and business development channels. The role will own sales strategies, manage corporate accounts and oversee daily online orders, e-commerce listings and promotions, with strong emphasis on B2B growth and omni-channel performance.

You will lead sales initiatives, collaborate with operations and production, and support marketing campaigns that boost customer acquisition

Formación

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Business/Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in sales, business development, e-commerce or related roles, preferably with managerial experience.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and online sales channels (Shopify advantageous).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sales strategies to hit revenue targets.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, partnerships and channels.
• Manage corporate enquiries from inquiry to order fulfilment and post-sales follow-up.
• Oversee daily online sales operations and e-commerce listings.
• Coordinate with operations/production to fulfil corporate and bulk orders.
