Job summary

Oneness M&C Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Google Ads specialist to plan, set up and optimise campaigns across Search, Display and Performance Max to meet business goals.

You will conduct keyword research, monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, perform A/B tests, and use GA/GTМ for measurement and optimisation. Ability to work independently across multiple campaigns is essential.

Qualifications

• HANDS-ON experience managing Google Ads campaigns is required.
• Proven experience in Google Ads / PPC / Paid Search.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads campaign setup, keyword targeting, bidding and optimisation.
• Familiar with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with conversion tracking and campaign performance analysis.
• Comfortable working with advertising data, metrics and performance reports.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns based on business objectives.
• Conduct keyword research and identify relevant search terms and opportunities.
• Create and manage Search, Display, Performance Max and other relevant Google Ads campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, including impressions, clicks, conversions, CTR, CPC and ROAS.
• Analyse campaign data and identify areas for improvement.
• Optimise keywords, bids, budgets, ad copy, targeting and campaign settings to improve performance.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, keywords, audiences and campaign strategies.
• Monitor search terms and manage negative keywords to improve traffic quality.
• Manage daily and monthly advertising budgets and ensure spending is aligned with campaign objectives.
• Track leads, conversions and other relevant campaign results.
