Job summary

TOP CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is hiring an SEM specialist to plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients. You will conduct keyword research, craft ad copy, and structure accounts to meet performance targets.

You will monitor campaigns, manage budgets, and maintain conversion tracking while translating client goals into actionable campaigns. Collaboration with design, content, and account management teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts.
• Ability to set up, manage and optimise Google Ads end-to-end without supervision.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
• Ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable meeting clients and handling requirements, concerns and expectations.
• Organised and able to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.
• Independent planning and decision-making under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to respond to urgent client requests during weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up and manage SEM campaigns, primarily Google Ads, based on client objectives and targets.
• Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, build audiences and structure accounts independently.
• Monitor campaign performance daily/weekly and adjust budgets to improve leads and conversions.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager) and ensure data accuracy.
• Meet with clients to understand goals and provide practical recommendations.
• Prepare regular campaign reports and explain performance and insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Support SEO activities such as keyword research and on-page optimisation when required.
• Stay up-to-date with Google Ads changes and industry trends.
