Job summary

JOYWAY PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a hands-on SEM specialist to plan, set up and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display and Performance Max, aligning with client objectives.

You will conduct keyword research, write ad copy, optimise accounts end-to-end, monitor performance, manage budgets, set up conversion tracking with Google Tag Manager, and report insights to clients.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts.
• Able to set up, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns end to end without supervision.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
• Good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable meeting clients and handling their requirements, concerns and expectations.
• Organised, able to handle multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to work independently and solve problems without constant guidance.
• Able to attend calls or respond to urgent client requests during weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up and manage Google Ads campaigns based on client objectives and performance targets.
• Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, build audiences and structure accounts independently.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and weekly, manage client budgets and make adjustments to improve leads and conversions.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager) and ensure data accuracy.
• Meet and communicate with clients to understand their business goals, marketing needs and concerns.
• Translate client requirements into practical digital marketing campaigns and recommendations.
• Prepare regular campaign reports and explain performance, insights and next steps clearly to non-technical clients.
• Handle client questions and concerns professionally, including when results fall short of expectations.
• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate execution and meet deadlines.
• Support SEO activities such as keyword research, on-page optimisation, content recommendations and performance tracking where required.
• Keep up to date with digital advertising trends and platform changes and apply them to live campaigns.
