Job summary

COSMOS DECOR PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-oriented Google Ads Specialist in Singapore to plan, set up, and manage comprehensive Google Ads campaigns.

You will conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, build audiences, and structure accounts to meet client objectives. You’ll monitor performance, manage budgets, and optimize for leads and conversions daily and weekly. Applicants should have a Diploma or Degree in Marketing/Business/Communications and at least 2 years’ hands-on Google

Qualifications

• A recognised Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
• Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts.
• Ability to set up, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns end to end.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.
• Independent worker able to handle multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up and manage Google Ads campaigns end to end to meet client objectives.
• Conduct keyword research, write ad copies, build audiences and structure accounts.
• Monitor performance daily/weekly; manage client budgets and optimize for leads and conversions.
• Set up conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager) and ensure data accuracy.
• Meet with clients to understand goals and translate requirements into campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports and explain results and next steps to non-technical clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution.
• Support SEO activities such as keyword research and on-page optimization when needed.
• Stay updated on digital advertising trends and apply to live campaigns.
• Handle client questions professionally, including when results fall short.
