Job summary

Nxera is seeking a Finance Manager to partner with regional business leaders in driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. You will lead budgeting cycles, perform variance analysis, and deliver actionable insights to support strategic decisions and investments.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, governance, and compliance while leveraging AI tools to optimize data collection and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of finance and business partnering experience.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience in financial reporting and statutory compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional senior leaders across Engineering, Product, and Strategy.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with strategic plans.
• Provide variance analysis and actionable insights on financial performance.
• Monitor regional cost recovery KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support leadership with benchmarking and market analysis.
• Leverage AI and analytics to automate data collection and reporting.
• Deliver market updates on performance and investment trends.
• Provide insights for strategic planning and investment decisions.
• Oversee sustainability/reporting and liaise with auditors as needed.
