Job summary

uParcel, a Singapore-based courier and fulfilment provider, seeks a Sales Coordinator to align the sales, warehouse and delivery teams. You will onboard customers, manage inquiries, and ensure commitments are executed on the ground.

Responsibilities include multi‑team coordination, customer onboarding end-to-end, and maintaining CRM records and reports for management. Strong written English and system familiarity are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, customer service or operations coordination, ideally in logistics, e-commerce or fulfilment.
• Excellent written English with a strong ability to write clear, professional and empathetic emails. Mandarin or Malay is an added advantage.
• Strong organisational skills; able to juggle multiple customers and follow up on tasks without being chased.
• Comfortable learning and working in systems (IMS/WMS, CRM, ticketing); able to create and manage product, inbound and outbound records accurately.
• Good communicator who works well across Sales, warehouse and delivery teams and stays calm when operational issues arise.
• Detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset and a sense of ownership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Sales representatives, warehouse and delivery teams to ensure customer requirements, pricing and service commitments are communicated and executed.
• Brief the warehouse and delivery teams on new customer set-ups, volumes and go-live dates.
• Follow up on operational hiccups and update Sales and customers with status and resolution.
• Run regular check-ins with Sales and operations, and upscale recurring issues to management.
• Onboard customers from signed deal to go-live: collect information, create accounts and onboarding timelines.
• Set up customers in IMS, including products/SKUs, inbound orders and outbound flows.
• Support integrations with marketplaces and troubleshoot order-sync issues.
• Explain outbound costs, rate cards and processes to customers, and walk them through the platform.
• Maintain onboarding checklists and documentation.
• Manage the sales/customer enquiry mailbox and respond to enquiries on rates, services, onboarding status.
• Log, track and resolve tickets in Zoho Desk and SalesIQ, keeping CRM records current.
• Qualify new enquiries and pass leads to the relevant Sales representative.
• Coordinate with warehouse/delivery teams to get accurate answers before replying to customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and service agreements for Sales, and keep CRM records updated.
• Track customer volumes, issues and feedback, and prepare simple weekly or monthly reports for management.
• Contribute to improving internal processes, templates and SOPs.
