Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in logistics, customer service, sales coordination or sales support.
• Fresh graduates with Logistics or Business qualification welcome.
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate and monitor daily logistics, and shipment activities.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, transport providers, and customers to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare shipping documents, delivery orders and invoices.
• Handle logistics-related enquiries and resolve operational issues.
