Job summary

uParcel, a Singapore-based e-commerce fulfilment and last-mile delivery 3PL, seeks an E-commerce Operations Executive to run daily fulfilment for brand clients across Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop. You will ensure orders are received, picked, packed and handed over for delivery within cut-off times, onboard new brands and train teams on our IMS.

You will coordinate warehouse activities, monitor stock levels, manage returns, and drive improvements to speed, accuracy and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations, warehouse operations, order fulfilment or logistics coordination.
• Understanding of how marketplace orders flow on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
• Strong numerical/data skills; proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good attention to detail and ability to stay organized under time pressure.
• Clear, patient communicator and able to coach brand teams.

Responsibilities

• Daily order fulfilment across Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop within cut-off times.
• Coordinate inbound receiving, picking, packing and outbound handover with warehouse team.
• Plan daily workloads and flag capacity risks during peak periods.
• Track stock levels and reconcile discrepancies; support regular cycle counts.
• Manage deliveries and returns; handle returns processing and reporting.
• Onboard new brands; set up IMS accounts and connections in the IMS.
• Train brand teams on the IMS; create guides and SOPs.
• Investigate issues with warehouse/delivery teams and drive resolutions.
• Prepare daily/weekly fulfilment and performance reports; suggest fixes.
