Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in customs, logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, import/export operations, or customer service. Entry level with relevant internship experience is encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Able to commence work within a short notice period or immediately.
• Comfortable working in a start-up environment and supporting the establishment and growth of the company's Singapore office.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and provide timely support on import/export shipment matters.
• Coordinate and monitor orders to ensure smooth and accurate shipment execution.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping and customs documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with logistics service providers, customs authorities, and internal stakeholders to facilitate shipment clearance and delivery.
• Track shipment status, update records, and ensure accurate documentation within the system.
• Support customs compliance activities, administrative functions, and continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
