Beecroft Animal Specialist & Emergency Hospital in Singapore seeks a seasoned Digital Marketing professional to drive campaigns across Google Ads, social media, SEO and email marketing. You will manage multi‑channel initiatives, create content, optimise conversion paths and report on performance.

You will collaborate with clinicians and department heads to align marketing with veterinary services, improving online visibility and patient engagement across brands and locations.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant digital marketing experience in a hands-on, multi-channel role.
• Strong practical experience in Google Ads, paid social, SEO, website content, email marketing.
• Good understanding of digital analytics and performance reporting.
• Strong communication, organisational and project management skills.
• Healthcare, veterinary or multi-brand environment experience is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Plan, execute and optimise digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and other paid channels.
• Manage day-to-day campaign performance, including targeting, audience segmentation, creative coordination and optimisation.
• Monitor advertising performance leads and conversions, and recommend improvements based on data.
• Execute digital campaigns in line with marketing priorities and digital direction.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Manage day-to-day SEO activities to improve organic search visibility across brands and services.
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO improvements.
• Monitor organic search performance and identify opportunities to improve rankings, traffic and conversions.
• Maintain and optimise Google Business Profiles across relevant locations.
• Ensure business information and listings remain accurate.
• Manage and update day-to-day website content across brands.
• Create and optimise landing pages, service pages, campaign content and online forms.
• Review content to ensure accuracy and alignment with services.
• Coordinate with Digital Transformation Manager on site changes involving technical configuration.
• Identify opportunities to improve user journey and conversion performance.
• Develop and maintain social media content calendars; plan, create, coordinate and publish content.
• Work with veterinarians and clinical teams to develop accurate and engaging content for pet owners.
• Translate clinical information into accessible content; ensure brand messaging remains consistent.
• Monitor social media performance and use insights to improve content effectiveness.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns; manage schedules and segmentation.
• Monitor email performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
• Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance; track website traffic, engagement, leads and conversions.
• Prepare regular digital marketing performance reports and translate data into recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Digital Transformation Manager to align with broader objectives.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors as required.
